Lost or damaged parcels
Your order is valuable to us and we carefully pack each and every parcel to ensure that you receive it in the same condition as when we post it. Although we take every care possible,
Luscious handmade soaps take no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit by Australia Post or Fastway couriers. If a parcel is lost or damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact Australia Post or Fastway, we will gladly assist with any necessary details needed.
If you are worried about loss or damage of your handmade soaps, we recommend adding insurance below.
Shipping time -
We are proud of our fast order processing time and make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 working days after payment has been received and cleared. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been posted and your tracking number. Orders cannot be posted on weekends or public holidays and will be posted the next available working day.
Dellivery time -
Your parcel will be posted within 2 to 3 days of ordering, but I am sorry, I have no control over the delivery time, it will depend on the efficiency of Australia Post.
